Mobile phone We all use mobile phones and I have used most until settling on Vodafone as by far the best; the phones, the tariffs and the options. My own phone is a Nokia N95 with a 750 minutes tariff plus the options for unlimited Internet and family group.

Email Marketing Email marketing is a cheap and effective way of talking to your customers. I have used Outlook and Act systems running on my own PC but they are quite awkward to get what I want and there is no way of knowing how many people have opened the email. A while ago I switched to using Vertical Response and I love it. It's really easy to set up email lists and there is quite a nice screen for creating the email itself with text and pictures. <more details>
Home broadband I have set several customer up with TalkTalk and they are very happy. All of them have Talk3 inclusive calls with the free broadband. Several of those customers are pensioners with little or no computer skill yet they have no problems.
Computer telephone I use Skype most days in the UK to talk with customers and I have also used it from the US and Far East to phone home to my family. I have customers using Skype to speak to family in mainland europe and as far as New Zealand.
Laptops, PCs, peripherals I have bought two laptops from Tesco, an Acer and a Fujitsu, which were delivered in a couple of days and were great value. Apart from laptops Tesco Direct also has some great deals on PCs, cameras, TVs, and loads of other stuff. I also get the Freecom backup devices from Tesco <more details>
Wireless and networking I recommend and use Netgear wireless network equipment and tend to get it from Microdirect. I recommend Freecom backup devices and I use them myself, one of the places I get it from is Microdirect. I run it on my Acer Windows Vista laptop using the Vista backup routine and on my HP PC using the Freecom backup software provided.
Laptops, PCs and Servers I have used and supplied Dells for years, best value around. Vostro, Optiplex and Precision; I've used them all and been delighted. The new Vostro is amazing value for money.
